What’s great and what’s not

Fantastic staff, particularly at breakfast, who ensured a pleasant start to the day, while the spacious family room provided a cozy retreat after long days spent exploring.

Noise levels from adjacent rooms made it hard to sleep, and the dining experience was marred by mixed food quality and slow service during peak hours.

The family room offered generous space, a solid shower with excellent hot water supply, and a bed height that grabbed attention. Dining in the bar delivered well-cooked steaks and a neat buffet breakfast, complete with enticing pastries and a decent selection overall.

Sound insulation leaves much to be desired, with noise filtering in from adjacent rooms and outside, creating potential sleep disruptions. The room showed signs of age with old carpets and some dampness in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall comfort. Parking could also be tricky during busy hours, limiting convenience for those with vehicles.

Had a braw stay with pure brilliant staff, especially Grace at the front desk. The family room was massive and spotless, perfect for relaxing. Only downside was the breakfast, could’ve been better with more options. But overall, I’m looking forward to coming back!

We stayed in room 306, a family room that was huge and cozy. The height of the main bed was something else, very high off the ground. The bathroom could use some updates, felt a bit neglected, but the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. I did hear some noise from the service station outside, but with the windows closed, it was manageable. I liked the comfy vibe overall, just a couple of quirks to note.

During our visit, the à la carte menu showcased an impressive selection of international dishes. The friendly staff elevated our dining experience, making for a memorable evening. For future guests, try the local specialties to truly indulge your palate.

The hotel had a charming, family vibe with thoughtful touches throughout my stay. The complimentary brown bread and butter with salads at the bar really stood out, as did the welcoming service from the bar staff. The room was quite spacious and clean, which I appreciated after a long day on the road. I did encounter a few issues. The room I received didn’t match my expectations based on the price paid. it felt more like a standard room than a deluxe one. The temperature in the room was quite warm, making it uncomfortable at times. the iron I borrowed from the reception ruined a new t-shirt, as dirt and burnt spots came off it. Staff didn't offer any resolution after I raised this issue.
